		<description>Craig, this is a challenge for me too. I just signed up for a trial version of Freshbooks.  If this saves me time and helps to automate the whole process I will be signing up for the full version...Saving time is key for me in my business.</description>

Yes, email can eat away a morning in the blink of an eye! Thanks for passing along the MyHours tool. As for Freshbooks, they do have a free version that allows you to service up to three clients - might be a good way to test drive as well!</description>

		<description>This is my most difficult challenge.  In the past I would spend a whole day on e-mail and on the phone and find that I haven&#039;t tracked any of those minutes. I have been using Myhours to track my time and then export to Excel to invoice.  It probably does not have as many features as the tool you mention above but it is currently free so it fits my budget.
